Structure and crushing principle:

1. The wood powder machine consists of three main parts: the machine body, the middle machine body, and the lower machine body.
2. The auxiliary machine consists of a screening machine, a fan, a powder collector, a dust collector, a vibrating screen, a screw feeder, and a shaker.
3. The main crushing chamber has coarse crushing, fine crushing, and centrifugal repeated crushing. The crusher rotor is driven by a motor to run at high speed, generating high-speed airflow that produces high-intensity impact, compression, cutting, and friction forces on the crushed materials, achieving a unique crushing function.
4. During the crushing process, the rotor generates high-speed airflow rotation, and the material accelerates and repeatedly impacts and rubs in the airflow. At the same time, it is subjected to three types of crushing effects. The crushed material enters the analyzer for analysis with the airflow. Due to the centrifugal force of the analyzer rotor and the centripetal force of the airflow, when the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, fine particles enter the powder collector for collection with the airflow, and coarse particles enter the centrifugal chamber for further crushing until they reach the desired fineness.
